the poem must be an origional piece, thaty was creted specifficly for this contest.

Freeverse Competition 3okay, the rules for this competition are:   
-Freeverse! (I'm not accepting rhyming poetry this time, freeverse please.  if you've got a bit of a rhythm, I can work with that, but lets shy away from rhyming.)  -it must be a NEW poem.  not something you wrote three months ago and really like.  -no theme this time, we're going to have a vote, and I must get at LEAST 10 entries.  -don't make your poems like pages and pages long.  keep 'em between 1 and say... 7 stanzas.   
other than that... go crazy (awawawawa!)   
deadline is the 17th, guys.

rhyming contestok, my competition is based on all the elements of poetry i love.   
poem requirements:   
-must be a new piece (produced specificlly for this contest)   
-must rhyme   
-must not use sentence inversion  e.g: instead of saying 'i walked down the street' one would, for purposes of rhyming, say 'down the street i walked.   
i want a rhythmic, fairly consitent rhyme scheme   
 
a few pointers:   
 
if you have trouble rhyming, think of the word, then go through the alphabet, replacing the first letter. e.g, i want a rhyme for horny,  aorny,  borny, &nb rhyming contest
